We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products from top manufacturers around the world.
Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority and we will do everything in our hands to address your concerns. However, due to the nature of the products sold on this website, and the fact that they are imported overseas; we are unable to offer any warranty to our customers other than the warranty offered by the manufacturer.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of the sold products regardless of whether they have been used or/and opened or not.
If you have any questions concerning a product on this website, please contact us before placing an order.

Exceptions

Exceptions: Dead on Arrival (DOA)#

Dead on Arrival is a product# you received from us and is not working, damaged or/and broken out-of-the-box upon delivery.

Please check your purchased products for any defects upon receiving your order, and Immediately report any DOA/defective product.
Please contact us** with your order number and detailed description of the problem within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Please note that we may request photos and/or a video of the damaged or defective product prior to approving a return or exchange. If the issue was deemed by our team as DOA, further instructions will be emailed regarding the return or exchange with Return Authorization Number (RAN). You MUST return* the defective product within 4 days from the date of the RAN email. Defective/damaged product MUST be returned without any damage other than the reported one, clean as possible, without any e-Juice/e-Liquid, with all the originally included parts, and in its manufacturer’s original packaging.
* Return Shipping: Customer assumes all cost of shipping merchandise back to us, and we assume no responsibility for such in all cases. We will not be responsible for loss or damage during transit.
** Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will be totally disregarded.

Replacement/Refund:
After the returned item is received by us, we will physically assess the item to verify the authenticity of the case that was reported to us. Once the reported defect is confirmed, we shall send you the replacement within 3 business days. The replacement will be the same model and colour of the defective item; however, if we are out of stock of the concerned product, we will refund the defective product minus paid shipping cost and taxes. In case you got the item with free shipping offer, the incurred shipping cost will still be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
In case the returned item was not shipped back to us within 4 days from the date of the RAN email OR we cannot verify the reported defect OR was returned with any damage other than the reported one, missing any of the originally included parts, and/or missing any of the manufacturer’s original packaging; then you will NOT be eligible for replacement or/and refund, even if a different defect was identified, and the returned item will be discarded, and in any case we cannot be held liable to any cost or/and damages.

# Applies only to: vape mods, vape tanks, vape atomizers, vape kits, chargers, glass bottles, graduated cylinders, and/or glass beakers. Does not apply to any product that was marked “AS IS”

Exceptions: Wrong Item Claims

Wrong Item is a product you received that is different than the product ordered from us as a result of an error on our part.

Please check your purchased products upon receiving your order, and Immediately report any wrong product.
Please contact us** with your order number and detailed description of the problem within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Please note that we may request photos and/or a video of the damaged or defective product before approving a return or exchange. If the case is approved by our team, further instructions will be emailed regarding the return or exchange with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You MUST return* the wrong product within 4 days from the date of the RAN email.
The concerned product MUST be returned brand new, unused, with all the originally included parts, and in all the manufacturer’s original packaging.
* Return Shipping: Customer assumes all costs of shipping merchandise back to us, and we assume no responsibility for such in all cases. We will not be responsible for loss or damage during transit.
** Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will be disregarded.

Once the reported wrong item is verified to be sent as an error on our side, brand new, unused, with all the originally included parts, and in the entire manufacturer’s original packaging; we shall send you the replacement within 3 business days. The replacement will be the same model and colour originally ordered; however, if we are out of stock of the concerned product, we will refund the product.
In case the returned item was not shipped back to us within 4 days from the date of the RAN email OR was determined that it was not set as an error on our side (was the exact ordered product) OR was determined that it was used, damaged, missing parts, or/and missing any of its manufacturer’s original package; then you will NOT be eligible for replacement or/and refund, even if a different defect was identified, and the returned item will be discarded, and in any case we cannot be held liable to any cost or/and damages.

Exceptions: Missing Item Claims

Missing Item is a product that was ordered from us and was not delivered to you as a result of an error on our part.

Please check your purchased products upon receiving your order, and Immediately report any missing product.
Please contact us** with your order number and detailed description of the problem within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Please note that we keep a record of items included in every package, and once your claim is verified and approved by our team; the missing product will be shipped to you free of any charges. However, in case we are out of stock of the concerned product, we will refund the product.
** Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will be totally disregarded.

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs of shipping items back to us.

Failed Delivery

If there was an error in the shipping address you provided at the time of order payment completion, or/and if either you or the shipping carrier refused the packages for any reason, other than failure to prove age; there will be a return restocking fee, as stated below, shipping charges, and any additional cost charged by the shipping carrier to return the package to us that will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping the package will be deducted too from the total amount of the refund.
In case the returned item was determined that it was used, damaged, missing parts, or/and missing any of its manufacturer’s original package; then you will NOT be eligible for any refund, and based on your choice, the returned item will be either discarded or shipped back to you at your own expense, and in any case we cannot be held liable to any cost or/and damages.

Return Restocking Fee:

  • 10% for vape mods, vape tanks, vape atomizers, vape kits, chargers, accessories, replacement coils/heads, syringes, needles, coil building materials & tools, plastic bottles, vegetable glycerine, propylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, and/or any other products not mentioned below in the next 3 points.
  • 20% for lithium-ion batteries, glass bottles, graduated cylinders, stirring rods, and/or glass beakers.
  • 25% for all concentrated flavours.
  • 50% for all e-Juices/e-Liquids and/or nicotine base in domestic orders, unless custom or back-order item.
  • 50% for all domestic orders returned by shipping carrier due to failure to verify customer’s age.
  • 100% for all e-Juices/e-Liquids and/or nicotine bases in international orders.
  • 100% for all custom and back-order items (specially ordered), items marked to be paid in advance.

Underage Purchase

All packages are shipped with Proof-of-Age service, whenever the service is available by the carrier, and in case the shipping carrier cannot verify your age; the carrier will ship the package back to us. In such case, a 50% return restocking fee, any item-specific restocking fee, shipping charges, and any additional cost charged by the shipping carrier to return the package to us will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Order Cancellation or Change

Please contact us as soon as possible if you like to cancel or change your order. Once a tracking number is issued for a package, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Compatibility

We do not guarantee the compatibility of any of the products or/and parts sold on this website, please make your research before doing any purchase.

Refund Pay

Approved refunds can only be offered in the original form of payment tendered in the initial purchase transaction. If the original form of payment tendered is not available, an exchange or store credit can be offered+. All shipping charges, PayPal processing fees, any fees, or/and any other charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you received free shipping, the cost incurred to ship the package will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Any additional cost charged by the shipping carrier to return the package to us will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Orders seized or confiscated by destination customs, border services, or local authorities are considered delivered and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please note that it may take another 5 business days after issuing the refund for your financial institution to post the transaction.
If you return an item for a refund and had received VSC when you purchased such an item, such amount of VSC will be deducted from your Account.
+ For underage purchases; in such cases, NO refund can be offered.

Changes to our policy

If we decide to change our returns & warranty policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to orders shipped after the date of the change.
